Sharp News 24: In order to fulfill his sentence for two counts of rape, actor Danny Masterson was transported to a state jail in California, according to “The ’70s Show.”
The authorities disclosed Masterson’s 47-year-old first prison mug shot and his admission to North Kern State Prison on Wednesday. His long hair and beard are visible on him, and he is dressed in an orange jail uniform.
For the Los Angeles home invasion of two ladies, Masterson was found guilty in June. A judge handed him a 30-year to life term in September. In the upcoming weeks, after over 12 years of marriage, his wife, actor Brijo Phillips Phillips, filed for divorce. Throughout the next few months, Masterson was detained in the Los Angeles County Jail pending post-sentencing hearings and other resolutions.
One of the difficulties that needed to be addressed was the surrender of all the guns he had owned, some of which required tracking down. Before Masterson is eligible for parole, more than 25 years will pass. Legal counsel for Masterson stated that they want to challenge the verdict.
